Random thoughts

1. I want to do accounts as that is what I studied in polytechnic.

2. In this company, accounts is very hard and there are alot of backlog. If I go to accounts, somemore I will still be getting the same pay as now but I will have alot of work to do.

3. The admin job that I am doing now is very slack and not much things to do. Moreover, I am now very good in doing it already. Switching to accounts job can be risky as accounts is very hard to do and alot of pressure. If I switch to accounts and I can't do my job well, most likely I will get sacked as there will be a new staff to do solar application if I go over to accounts side. I won't be able to come back to do admin anymore as there will be somebody doing my job.

4. My mother job probation has been extended by another 2 months to next year January. If they still find her performance bad she might get sacked and it will be hard for her to find a new job as she do things slow plus she is old and don't have education qualification plus she has problem walking and standing which means she can't find those retail jobs to do.

5, If I switch to accounts job and I can't do well and get sacked and my mother also get sacked, than the family will be having alot of financial problems espically now that my grandmother is still alive but very sick.

If my grandmother is dead already at least the financial burden will not be that great.

6. I went to the bank yesterday to bank in money. It was really a bad experience. I got a shock when the bank teller told me that there was a shortage of $1000+. End up it was because I wrote an extra $1000 on the bank slip.

It is really hard to even bank in money. They only give me the money at 3pm everyday and by 4pm I have to rush to the bank as it closes at 4.30m. And there is so much money to count!!! Everyday there will be more than $10 000 to bank in. Dangerous also to bring so much money with me.

In view of all these, I still think it is better to stay to admin.

I will consider switching to accounts only if my mother has got a stable job, my grandmother is dead and I am considering switching job(so I am willing to take the risk of doing accounts job as I need not be afraid that I get sacked as I already intent to quit)
