Been a long time since I updated my blog as really busy at work nowadays.
No pro rated bonus for me as I work less than 4 months.
Will get a $200 pay increment in January 2008.
On monday there will be a new accounts girl coming to work. Heard that she is young and pretty but got bf already. Such a pity.
Hope that she will be a good staff as if she don't do her work well than I maybe forced to do accounts and admin together than I will die

To do great things in a company
I think there are many people who do not want to live a medicore life in the company and want to do great things in the company.
But I think not everybody can do great things in a company even if he/she is a capable person.
The following conditions must exist for a person to be able to do great things in the company.
1. The boss must be able to recognise your talent and not be jealous of it and willing to use you.
2. The boss must be generous to match your ability with your salary. Who wants to do great things for the company if you are being paid peanuts?
3. Your boss and collegues must be on good terms with you. Otherwise if they are petty and narrow minded, you will not be able to do great things as they will always be constantly obstructing you.
